All our products are made in Tunisia, more specifically in a region renowned for its traditional pottery. We work directly with local artisans to ensure the authenticity and quality of each piece.

We accept major credit cards through the service provider Stripe. All payments are secure, and you will receive a confirmation once the transaction is completed.

A payment at the deposit is possible by appointment, as well as the option to pay by bank transfer.

Yes! We offer the opportunity to visit our depot by appointment (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays). You will be able to see the various available parts and leave with your selection. Contact us to arrange your visit.


To make an appointment at our depot

We deliver free of charge throughout Switzerland. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. The delivery time is calculated at the time of your order, based on the destination and the size of the items.

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
